Ingredients: Zinc Oxide Paste, Lanolin Anhydrous, Base G (Almond Oil, Sweet NF), Wax, White Pastilles (Beeswax), Purified Water, Sodium Borate Powder.

How to Apply Compounded Butt Paste Cream

1. Prepare the Area:
   • Ensure the area where you’ll be applying the cream is clean and dry. If necessary, gently clean the area with a warm, damp cloth or baby wipes. Pat dry with a soft towel.
2. Wash Your Hands:
   • If you’re not using gloves, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water to avoid introducing bacteria.
3. Squeeze/Scoop Out the Cream:
   • Squeeze/scoop a small amount of the compounded butt paste cream onto your fingertip, a clean applicator, or a spatula. Start with a pea-sized amount and add more if needed.
4. Application:
   • Gently apply the cream to the affected area. Use a light touch and avoid rubbing harshly. Make sure to cover all areas that need treatment, particularly any areas of irritation or redness.
5. Spread Evenly:
   • Spread the cream evenly over the skin, ensuring a thin layer covers the entire affected area. It’s important not to apply too much; a little goes a long way.
6. Allow to Absorb:
   • Give the cream a moment to absorb into the skin. Avoid wiping or disturbing the area for a few minutes to let the medication take effect.
7. Wash Hands Again:
   • If you apply the cream with your hands, wash them thoroughly again after application.
8. Frequency:
   • Follow your healthcare provider’s instructions regarding how often to apply the cream. Generally, it’s applied after each diaper change or as needed.
9. Monitor the Area:
   • Keep an eye on the treated area for any signs of improvement or irritation. If you notice worsening symptoms or an allergic reaction, contact your healthcare provider.
